本机任务数据

Agent Pulse 在本机读取已启用的 Codex 和 Claude 集成的任务记录，用于显示任务状态、进度和运行时长，以及连接 USB Stream Deck Neo。应用将设置、任务状态、运行时长和运行日志保存在本机。

应用没有自己的用户账号、广告、遥测或分析 SDK。Agent Pulse 不会将提示词、对话、源码、项目文件或审批内容上传给开发者。设备展示任务摘要和状态，不展示原始提示词、完整命令或工具参数。

集成与第三方服务

独立安装版本可按用户启用的功能访问 Agent 数据目录、Claude hook 设置和项目目录；需要跨应用控制时，会请求相应的 macOS 权限。Managed Codex 功能使用本机 Codex 服务，相关请求按用户已登录的服务和权限设置处理。Codex、Claude、Apple 和 Elgato 的服务受各自的条款与隐私政策约束。

Mac App Store 版运行在 App Sandbox 中，仅在用户通过 macOS 目录选择器授权后读取相应 Agent 日志。应用将安全作用域书签保存在本机沙盒容器中，以便重启后恢复目录访问；Claude Desktop 模型信息目录需要单独授权。商店版不安装 hook、不启动 Managed Codex、不执行项目验证命令，也不提供跨应用键盘审批控制。配置、任务状态和时长保存在应用自己的容器内。

诊断与支持

诊断文件仅在用户主动导出时生成，由用户自行决定是否分享。请在发送前检查文件，移除不希望提供的信息。若你通过邮件联系我们，我们会收到你的邮箱地址、邮件内容和主动附上的文件，并仅将其用于处理支持请求。不要发送密码或 API 密钥。

保留与删除

任务记录和设置保留在你的 Mac 上，直到由你清理或删除。独立安装版本的本地数据目录为 ~/Library/Application Support/streamdeck-supervisor。卸载前可在设置中清除集成、关闭登录启动并退出应用。移除应用本身不会自动移除上述历史数据，也不会删除 Codex 或 Claude 的原始记录。

Agent Pulse reads enabled Codex and Claude integrations locally to display task status, progress and running time, and to operate a connected Stream Deck Neo. Settings, task state, usage history and operational logs are stored on your Mac. The app has no own account system, advertising, telemetry or analytics SDK. It does not upload prompts, conversations, source code, project files or approval content to the developer.

The independently distributed app may access agent data folders, Claude hook settings and selected project folders for enabled features. Cross-app control requires the relevant macOS permission. Managed Codex uses your local Codex service and its existing account and permission settings. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. The Mac App Store edition runs in App Sandbox and reads agent logs only after the user selects their folders through the macOS folder picker. Security-scoped bookmarks are stored in the local app container to restore access after restarting. Claude Desktop metadata requires a separate optional folder grant. This edition does not install hooks, launch Managed Codex, execute project verification commands or control approval through cross-app keyboard events. Its settings, task state and usage history stay in its own app container.

Diagnostics are exported only at your request; you decide whether to share them. Support email contains the address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request. Do not send credentials. Contact us to request deletion of information you sent to support.

Local records remain until you remove them. The independent app stores its data in ~/Library/Application Support/streamdeck-supervisor. Removing the app does not automatically delete that folder or original agent conversations. Disable integrations and login startup before uninstalling.
